ARCHITECTURE
This represents our core, minimal service. Base Architecture includes high quality, creative designs as well as their documentation to a very high level of detail! Our office will also submit the drawings for local permits and include six site visits during construction.
CABINETRY DESIGN
Our firm can also design specialty design items such as creative stained glass, custom light fixtures, furniture, inlaid flooring design, custom ironwork, etc. These items will also be quoted on an individual basis.
MILLWORK DESIGN
This is so much more than just simple trim for windows and doors. Natural exterior materials added to the interior can add a level of coziness to a home. Barn wood siding, wood panels, beams and planked ceilings add richness to rooms and blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces to create pleasant livable spaces. If planned initially and integrated into the architecture a special atmosphere can be created.
